At FutureGrad, we are committed to providing high-quality educational guidance and support services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Cancellation Requests

Users may request cancellation of services by contacting FutureGrad through our official communication channels.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the status of services already provided or initiated.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are generally not applicable for:

  • Completed psychometric assessments
  • Career counselling sessions already conducted
  • Profile building services already delivered
  • University applications already submitted
  • Third-party platform access already activated
  • Services that have been initiated or substantially completed

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in circumstances where:

  • Services have not yet commenced
  • FutureGrad is unable to initiate the agreed services within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate payments have been made

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

4. Third-Party Charges

Any fees paid to universities, testing agencies, visa authorities, courier providers, payment gateways, banks, or third-party platforms are non-refundable and subject to the policies of those organizations.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.

6. Deductions

Where applicable, payment gateway fees, bank charges, taxes, and third-party processing fees may be deducted from approved refunds.
